We are really concerned that you get the saddle that really fits
you and your horse.
Since it takes 4-5 hours of riding to see how a saddle fits, we give you a full 30 days to
test ride on most models of saddles we offer. While we do not offer cash or credit-card refunds on saddles,
we will issue you a 100% merchandise
credit if the saddle is returned in 10 days, a 90% merchandise credit if returned
in 30 days.
If you try several saddles and buy one we will refund the difference between the saddle
you purchase and the highest price you paid (up to 50% of the total).
Remember you can test ride and really use a saddle from us and still return it for
exchange/merchandise credit.
Note: Custom/Special order saddles may have a 20% restocking charge deducted
from any credit.
